Tim was an amazing person and agent. He was always available to help us out and answer any questions we had. He assisted us with negotiations and strategies .with the process of home inspection. He was Responsive to our needs. Tim offered to preview homes for us and even on one rainy night came out to meet my daughter to check out a possible home. We are from out of state and his local knowledge allowed us to find a home that was perfect to our needs and hit all the buttons. Just sold my house in two weeks! Can't say enough thank-you to Tim! Tim helped me find this nice house 10 years ago when I needed to travel from NJ to PA to work.
